My session fee is $150 per session or 90 minute sessions are $225. If you need weekends or evenings I charge $200 per session for $50 min sessions.
I do not take insurance, but I can provide a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I also am a provider for Care Credit if you would like to bundle sessions and finance them overtime for a cheaper monthly payment. For more information and to apply click here.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes. Most people start with weekly sessions, some bi-weekly, but we’ll discuss what feels supportive and sustainable for you. This is your time—we can adjust the rhythm as your needs shift. Intensive session available upon request.
That’s an important question—and one we’ll explore together. A good fit feels safe, curious, and gently challenging. If you’re unsure, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk, feel it out, and answer any questions you may have to see if we would be a good fit.
Clients come to me for many reasons—some are working through anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges; others are exploring identity, grief, or boundaries. I have a special focus on trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and couples therapy. We’ll shape the work around what’s most meaningful to you.
