For a long time, I didn’t think healing was possible. I grew up in chaos, battled addiction, carried trauma, and lived in survival mode for years. But through a powerful journey of spiritual awakening and deep self-work, I found something I never imagined I could have: peace, joy, and genuine love—for myself, for others, and for life itself.
My path began with a 10-year journey walking closely with God, renewing my mind, learning how to love, and discovering the transformative power of grace. That spiritual foundation saved me.
And as I healed, I felt a burning desire to help others do the same. I went back to school and studied psychology, driven not just by curiosity, but by the frustration that no one taught us these life-saving tools when we were young.
Many ask if I have real world experience in marriage and the answer is yes. I’ve been married almost 8 years and we have a blended family with two different cultures and attachment styles.
My path into marriage counseling wasn’t just professional—it was personal. My passion for marriage counseling began during one of the most painful chapters of my own marriage. We were living under the same roof, but felt worlds apart—tired, lost, and without a roadmap.
From teaching, coaching, mediating high conflict disputes and public speaking to healing work, identity development, and entrepreneurial leadership, Natacha brings a compassionate, strategic, and deeply intuitive approach to every area of her work.

Too many people believe they are broken and that their trauma defines them. And that its always going to be like that. But I see it differently. You are not your behaviors. You are not your trauma and pain. Your behaviors are not your identity. And healing doesn’t make you someone new—it reveals who you’ve been all along.
I believe anything is possible. No matter how deep the pain, how chaotic the past, or how stuck someone feels—change is not only possible, it’s reachable now!
I blend psychology & spirituality because both speak to the unseen—the emotional, relational, and internal parts of who we are. I believe in unconditional love with healthy boundaries, in radical compassion with discernment and wisdom to balance it out.
I believe in equipping people with tools to thrive and not sugar coating the truth.
Whether I’m working with individuals, couples or families, my goal is always the same: to help people heal deeply, communicate clearly, gain insight & wisdom, walk in authenticity, and live in freedom & truth.
